Dead Rose Warframe

I - Overview

• Dead Rose was founded on the principle of being a clan by the players for the players. The goal of Clan Dead Rose (Henceforth referred to as Clan DR) is to unite players for 3 goals.

1. Create a positive clan experience in Warframe for all players, regardless of level, mastery rank or experience or personal identity

2. Encourage growth, trade and community development around aforementioned goal.

3. Through said growth and development, become a clan that members can be proud of, entering into the competitive world of Warframe when available, and playing for recognition in events. 

 

• With these goals in mind, we encourage anyone whose personal play of Warframe aligns with this purpose consider joining. Anyone can be an asset to the clan, so do not discount experience.

• With that said, in order to be considered for participation in Dead Rose, one must be atleast Mastery Rank (MR) 2.

• After twenty-one (14) Days of inactivity, without prior notice to an admin, inactive member accounts will be flagged as pending removal, giving seven (7) to log in, after which the account will be flagged for review. All activity will be reviewed every Friday evening at 8 PM EST. Members who are removed are able to rejoin the clan, but are not guaranteed space in the clan. Re-invitation will be on a per user basis.

B - Terminology

• • Dead Garden - The official title of the Clan Dojo

  • Council of Thorns - The deciding council for the ultimate goals of the clan. Comprised of current PS4 and old PC Warframe players. In the future, members of higher rank will have the opportunity to become a council member.

 

II - Conduct

1. All clan members are to adhere to the Law of Dead Rose

2. All administrative members are expected to be accountable to the Council of Thorns and the clan’s members. NO ONE is above being reported and disciplined.

3. The clan should never take precedence over personal well being, and as such we will never ask you to prioritize the clan over your personal life. If you will be gone for an extended period of time, just let an admin know and we will keep that in mind while performing an activity review.

 

Offenses

Differing levels of behavior are reprehensible within Clan DR. This section lists offenses punishable by administering infractions (Section IV-A), which can led to prohibition or revocation of certain privileges, even up to banning and expulsion.

Intentional Disrespect - Mild Infraction

• All Dead Rose members will respect each other regardless of their age, gender, nationality, race, religious beliefs/creed, or sexual orientation.

• This same respect will be shown to non-members as well. Hate speech will not be tolerated and affiliation with entities that purport such will be cause for discipline.

Chat / Invite Spamming - Mild Infraction

• Sending multiple invites or flooding a chat with inconsequential information (Advertising for outside info etc.) is prohibited.

• Public clan or alliance chat is not the place for argument or debate. Those who initiate in such activity in public chat will be warned, and if the behavior continues will lead to disciplinary measure.

• Private chats and messages that harasses or disrespects other players is prohibited. Disciplinary measure will be taken against players found guilty of this behavior.

 

Indecent language - Mild - Moderate Infraction

• Any and all language or content of an adult or offensive nature will not be tolerated, whether on voice or text communications

 

Slander/Defamation - Moderate Infraction

• Voicing frustration is healthy, but doing it publicly rather than through the proper channels (i.e. reporting, messaging admin) is prohibited. Doing so on social media, in chat channels etc. is prohibited.

 

Malfeasance in Office - Moderate to Severe Infraction

1. 1. All admin are especially responsible for their conduct during behavior and there will be heavy consequences if there is an abuse of power within the Admin ranks.

2. Members who suspect admin of abusing power are to report this behavior to a Rosemaster, and they will carry out the investigation and discipline. 

 

Collusion - Severe Infraction

1. Sharing inside information, strategies and information with the intent to harm the clan or aid competition is strictly prohibited.

   • This only applies to knowledge that is not public or general Warframe information​ (not Builds, PvP strats etc.)

 

Scamming - Severe Infraction

1. Scamming users or taking advantage of users via chat, in game or out and not upholding agreements between parties is prohibited.

Cheating/Hacking - Severe Infraction

1. Cheating by use of modifying game code or content is prohibited. Also knowingly affiliating with cheaters or hackers is also prohibited. All members WILL play the game fairly as it is intended.

 

III - Ranks

There are seven different Ranks assigned to all members of the clan. The following section outlines the title of each rank and their clan access.

Automatic Ranks

• Scribe - This rank is automatically assigned to all members invited into the clan. There is no access granted to members of this rank besides use of the clan dojo facilities and inviting other players into the dojo.

 

• Knight - The next step above scribe grants members access to hosting outside guild members and inviting others to the guild.

• Paladin - Final general member rank gives a member the ability to promote lower ranked members, as well as all other previous Knight abilities.

 

Administrative Ranks

These ranks include all of the basic functions of members such as hosting and inviting to the clan, but are given higher authority in initiating clan developments, such as creating rooms. As with

• Magister - Magisters are given architectural authority in the dojo, such as building and destroying rooms. Magisters are also given the right to start research projects in labs.

• Lord - Lords have the ability to promote members up to  Lord rank and can moderate the clan chat as well as given access to fund projects via the clan treasury

​​

• Rose Lord - Rose lords have the ability to deploy Solar Rails to the dark sectors in the solar system. They also have the ability to kick members who have been repeat offenders or in violation of the Law of Rose. Rose Lords also hold a seat in Alliance proceedings.

• Rose Master - Clan overseer with all aforementioned privileges.

 

Promotion

​

Members will automatically be promoted from Scribe to Knight upon reaching MR 5 within the game itself.

Subsequently, Knights will see promotion to Paladin rank after MR 10. These are the only promotions that will occur automatically.

 

All other promotions are made per application and approval by the Council of Thorns. Promotion will be based off of the following:

• Time Dedication

• Conduct

• Teamwork

• Performance

• Vision and Aspiration

 

 

IV - Discipline

Non-Compliance with the clan rules can lead to discipline from administrative moderators. Reports can be made via PSN messaging a clan Lord or higher.  After reviewing the report, a verdict will be reached in the action to be taken against the reported member. The action will either be pardoning/ignoring the report, administering a warning or administering an infraction to the said member.

 

Infractions

Infractions are delivered based on the severity of offense by a member. There are three types of infractions that can be administered:

 

Mild -  Punishable by temporary demotion, possibly a lesser warning

 

Moderate - Punishable by temporary suspension, subsequently 3 month probation

 

Severe - Punishable by permaban, revocation of all access.
